November 2025 Giveaway

1. Organizer
The giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by Customs Designs (“Organizer”), operating through https://shop.custo.ms and the Instagram account @shop.custo.ms.

2. Eligibility

  • Open only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

  • Participants must have a valid Instagram account.

  • Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible.

  • The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law, including (but not limited to): Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and any other country under international trade sanctions or restrictions.

3. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:

  1. Follow @shop.custo.ms on Instagram.

  2. Like the giveaway post.

  3. Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least one friend in the comment.
    Each additional tagged friend counts as an additional entry - Up to 5 entries max per user .

4. Prize

  • One (1) hoodie and one (1) t-shirt from Customs’ current stock.

  • Winner may select color and size from the available inventory.

  • No cash or other prize substitution permitted.

  • Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced via Instagram Story or post and contacted via Direct Message within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

  • The winner must respond within 5 days of being contacted; otherwise, a new winner may be selected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • The Organizer will cover standard shipping costs for delivery.

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

7. Duration
The Giveaway begins on Nov 1, 2025 and ends on Nov 30, 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

8. Rights & Permissions
By entering, participants grant Customs the right to use their name and/or Instagram handle in winner announcements or promotional materials related to the Giveaway, without further compensation.

9. Liability Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from all liability related to the Giveaway.
The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Any technical failures or errors in entry submission.

  • Any loss, injury, or damage caused directly or indirectly by participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. Data Privacy
Any personal data collected (e.g., name, shipping address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and delivering the prize.

11. Governing Law 
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Israel, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
